FAQs Just Became Crazy Important

FAQ pages, or Frequently Asked Questions pages, were all the rage a decade ago. We stopped seeing them for a while. But they are hot again for three reasons:

So, how can you get a FAQ page? Make a list of common questions that clients ask you, and add the answers.  Here’s our FAQ on Accelerator Websites:  https://acceleratorwebsites.com/faq/

And here are some questions to get started on your page:

  1. What are your hours?
  2. Do you offer a free consult?
  3. Do you take walk-ins?
  4. Are you accepting new clients?
  5. How do I get started working with you?
  6. Do you provide customer service by phone, email, or both?
  7. What do you specialize in?
  8. What is your price range for an individual income tax preparation and filing service?
  9. What is your price range for monthly bookkeeping?
  10. Do you know QuickBooks?
  11. Do you know NetSuite?
  12. What documents do I need to provide you with?
  13. How can I send you documents?
  14. Do you take credit cards?
  15. When do you expect payment?
  16. How is your service different from others in your field?
  17. What happens if I am not satisfied with your service?
  18. What if I don’t know what I need?
  19. Why should I buy from you?
  20. What return on investment should I expect for my investment in your services?

Choose the ones that you get from your prospects, plus any I left out (and don’t just answer the easy ones!), write up the answers, we’ll post it on your site (at no charge from Pro and up), and we’ll get them “marked up.”  If we’re also doing your Directory listings, we’ll add them in your Google My Business account.  And if we’re doing your social media, we’ll occasionally use one as a post.
